📋 Description

• Lead the team responsible for non-SAP ERP integrations into and out of the BLP platform • Own and extend a mature portfolio of more than 30 live ERP integrations • Grow the team from roughly 10 to 50 engineers • Hire, structure squads, and develop team leads • Design a scalable team model including distributed and near-shore delivery • Set architecture and standards for on-premise, cloud, REST, and file-based connectors • Drive reusable approaches to mapping ERP data onto the BLP canonical data model • Maintain enterprise-grade reliability, governance, and full audit trails • Establish documentation, playbooks, and engineering processes • Build onboarding and knowledge-sharing programs • Represent BLP in technical discussions with CIOs, IT directors, and enterprise architects • Scope integration solutions, set expectations, and build customer trust through delivery • Understand the fragmented US ERP landscape and turn it into a competitive advantage • Partner with US go-to-market and delivery teams • Report directly to the Founder & CTO

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in software or integration engineering • Several years leading engineering teams • Proven track record of scaling a team well beyond 20 people • Deep, hands-on ERP integration experience • Direct exposure to several of Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Business Central, D365 F&O, Infor LN, Infor M3, Oracle NetSuite, JD Edwards, and Abas • Fluency across on-premise connectors and agents, REST APIs, and file or EDI exchange • Strong data-mapping experience with canonical models • Direct experience with the US mid-market ERP landscape and its fragmentation • Excellent stakeholder management with senior customer technical leaders • Demonstrated record of building documentation, standards, and repeatable processes • Fluent English • Willingness to travel to customers and BLP sites • Nice to have: iPaaS, AP or finance automation, or broad B2B SaaS integration background • Nice to have: .NET / C# familiarity and exposure to EDI standards • Nice to have: distributed or near-shore engineering team leadership experience • German is a plus
