📋 Description

• Represent the Office of AI Strategy at tier-1 industry events, executive roundtables, and in the press • Publish and speak on AI strategy, data governance, and enterprise integration • Develop and deliver board-ready, outcome-based narratives for senior buyers • Collaborate with product, sales, marketing, and GTM teams on assets, positioning, and roadmaps • Engage CTOs, CDOs, and AI Transformation leads at Fortune 500-level prospects • Design and lead prescriptive strategy workshops delivering sequenced AI transformation roadmaps • Advise on regulatory compliance, including the EU AI Act, data residency, model governance, and organizational change management • Provide technical direction on must-win pursuits and align use cases, value, and delivery expectations • Translate European enterprise requirements into priorities for Product and Engineering • Represent European enterprise needs within the Office of AI Strategy and influence the global product roadmap • Refine European messaging and GTM strategy with regional leadership • Develop an advisory ecosystem with strategic partners and consultancies • Establish a European AI thought-leadership presence, influence landmark enterprise contracts, improve regional product roadmaps, and build C-suite trusted-advisor relationships

🎯 Requirements

• Deep expertise in the modern AI stack, including LLM orchestration, agentic/RAG architectures, and data activation platforms • Knowledge of emerging standards such as MCP (Model Context Protocol) • Understanding of cloud infrastructure, security, legacy data silos, governance, company culture, strategy, and operating models • Experience distinguishing AI hype from real-world utility • Experience identifying deployment risks, including complex OAuth delegation requirements • Proven strategic advisory experience, such as management consulting, Field CTO office, or Lead Architect • Real-world operator experience • Ability to co-create AI business cases and translate technical milestones into ROI and competitive advantage • Understanding of enterprise buying cycles • Commercial and technical credibility in high-ambiguity environments • Exceptional ability to communicate outcome-based narratives to non-technical stakeholders • Ability to facilitate alignment and steer discussions toward decisions • Comfortable in high-visibility environments, including keynote stages and boardrooms • Based in Europe • Deep familiarity with GDPR, EU AI Act, and business culture across DACH, UK&I, Benelux, and Southern Europe • Specialized industry depth in Financial Services, Manufacturing, Life Sciences, or Retail • Willingness to travel frequently across Europe
