📋 Description

• Gain access to and manage relationships with customer technical staff to understand requirements and challenges • Qualify sales opportunities by assessing customer technical requirements, decision-making processes, and demand drivers • Uncover and articulate the business value of Boomi's Intelligent Automation and Integration solutions • Create compelling presentations for technical and business decision-makers demonstrating how Boomi solves pain points • Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the sales process and ensure smooth transition from presales to implementation • Understand the competitive landscape and position Boomi solutions effectively against competitors • Collaborate with other sales engineers, leaders, and cross-functional technical groups for consistent solution application and development • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies relevant to Boomi's offerings (no-code/low-code for AI, APIM, BPA, MFT, Integration and Data Management)

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German • Additional eastern european language (Polish, Romanian, Hungarian, etc) advantageous • 5+ years of client-facing experience with strong technical aptitude and presentation skills • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Science, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience) • Additional 2+ years of field sales or customer consulting experience preferred • Strong understanding of integration technologies focusing on API management, data management, and real-time integration • Experience with iPaaS, API Management, Business Process Automation or Data Management vendors is a significant advantage • Integration experience with enterprise applications such as SAP, Oracle EBS, Fusion, Netsuite, MS Dynamics, ServiceNow, Salesforce, IFS and others is an advantage • Strong business acumen and ability to design and validate modern enterprise system architectures • Ability to uncover customer needs and articulate business value • Ability to prioritize tasks and foster effective communication in global cross-functional teams • Strong presentation skills and comfort presenting to diverse technical and business audiences • Passion for creative problem-solving and curiosity to understand how things work • Ability to work independently or collaboratively for extended periods • Commitment to continuous learning and ability to coach and mentor others
