📋 Description

• Manage and support the full billing lifecycle from quote generation to cash collection, focused on orders-to-cash / quote-to-cash workflow. • Execute end-to-end billing: deal booking, invoicing, renewals, upsells, usage-based fees, and one-time charges. • Ensure contracts start/renew on correct signature dates with accurate billing frequency and terms; apply discounts, terms, and add-ons correctly. • Manage payment methods (ACH, credit card, external portals) and resolve declined or delayed payments; monitor billing notifications and follow up on failures and renewals. • Track deferred, prorated, or co-termed deals and ensure correct setup in billing systems; generate and validate invoices in Recurly/Tabs and external portals. • Maintain data accuracy across Hubspot, Asana, Recurly/Tabs, Quickbooks, and reporting sheets (Master Booking, MRR, Churn Debrief); update and reconcile Master Booking and MRR. • Track ARR, MRR, usage revenue, churn, and renewal performance; provide accurate monthly and quarterly summaries. • Identify and escalate blockers (missing Org Keys, client billing portal delays, unclear quotes); partner with Finance and Sales Ops to improve automation and reduce manual errors.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in billing operations, revenue operations, or accounts receivable, ideally in a SaaS environment. • Hands-on experience with billing and CRM tools such as Recurly / Tabs, Hubspot, Quickbooks, Stripe/ACH processors. • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex billing scenarios (renewals, usage, proration, co-term). • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets for revenue tracking and reconciliation. • Strong written and verbal English skills to communicate with internal teams and external clients. • Comfortable working offshore with distributed teams and managing tasks independently.
