• Partner with Talent, People & Culture, and business leaders to shape capability priorities, translating business strategy into clear, actionable skills plans aligned to workforce and organisational goals. • Define and deliver targeted capability plans, informed by data, business needs, and performance outcomes. • Develop and present compelling business cases for learning solutions, demonstrating measurable impact and value. • Build strong, collaborative relationships across stakeholders, enabling effective delivery and removing barriers to success. • Manage and continuously improve the learning portfolio to ensure relevance, efficiency, and impact. • Lead, coach, and develop team members, fostering a high-performing and collaborative environment. • Drive the implementation of learning technologies, including LMS solutions. • Oversee the design and delivery of learning programmes for employees and external partners.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in human resources, learning & development, organizational development, business administration, education or related field • Experience shaping and delivering learning or capability strategies in complex, global organisations • Strong critical thinking and commercial awareness • Proven ability to translate business needs into actionable capability plans • Strong project management and execution capability • Experience working closely with senior partners and influencing at leadership level • Hands-on experience delivering learning solutions (not purely advisory/consulting) • Strong understanding of skills frameworks, workforce planning or capability development • Confident using data and insights to inform decisions and measure impact • Good understanding of the lubricants manufacturing business, (blending, formulation, plant operations, quality), and safe, compliant manufacturing with the ability to use this knowledge into developing and executing a wide range of learning offers for employees and distributors.
