‱ Conduct multi-channel lead research, generation, and outreach. ‱ Identify and develop new sales channels and strategies for the firm. ‱ Manage leads on a day-to-day basis and ensure timely follow-up. ‱ Oversee sales pipeline management and communicate updates to management. ‱ Prepare compelling proposals tailored to client needs. ‱ Negotiate contracts, ensuring all terms are clearly defined and agreed upon. ‱ Keep CRM system updated with accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions. ‱ Schedule and coordinate sales meetings. ‱ Close sales to meet or exceed targets. ‱ Create detailed case studies showcasing successful client projects. ‱ Collaborate closely with the email marketing team on campaigns and strategies. ‱ Implement drip marketing strategies for leads that go silent. ‱ Identify opportunities for corporate events, sponsorships, and partnerships. ‱ Prepare and deliver regular sales and marketing reports. ‱ Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals. ‱ Conduct outreach and lead generation for sponsorship sales.

🎯 Requirements

‱ Proven experience as a Sales Representative, preferably in a PR agency or related industry. ‱ Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and closing deals. ‱ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. ‱ Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive). ‱ Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. ‱ Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to sales. ‱ Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. ‱ Flexibility to travel as required.
