📋 Description

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts and build strong client relationships. • Act as the main point of contact, understand business objectives, provide strategic guidance, resolve challenges, and identify partnership opportunities. • Collaborate with Rapid Intelligence and Media Intelligence teams to ensure accurate, insightful deliverables aligned with client expectations. • Coordinate internal stakeholders and maintain high editorial and service standards. • Identify client risks and growth opportunities to support retention, renewals, and upsell opportunities. • Manage client communications via email, phone, and occasional in-person meetings. • Link clients with internal teams and resolve service delivery, editorial quality, and contractual issues. • Support renewals through account information, service-scope tracking, proposals, SOWs, and contract documentation. • Support client projects through research, writing, editing, and quality checks. • Handle ad-hoc client requests and delivery challenges.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. • Experience in PR, communications, journalism, English, marketing, or a related field is desirable. • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear, accurate, and engaging content. • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work. • Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and senior stakeholders. • Experience building relationships, influencing stakeholders, and resolving client challenges in a customer-facing environment. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and develop practical solutions. • A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and know when to seek support. • Candidates must already be based in the country of employment. • French speaking.
