📋 Description

• Implement and configure enterprise-scale Workday solutions for Kainos’s global customer base • Build relationships with customers • Shape and deliver solutions aligned with customer needs, fit for purpose, and commercially viable • Provide guidance to customers and understand their business and requirements • Work within Consulting and Application Management Services • Deliver Application Management Services work in line with defined Service Level Agreements • Participate in customer-facing consulting activities, including presentations and workshops • Travel to customer sites in the same region when required

🎯 Requirements

• Workday Absence Certification, with 3+ years experience in Absence and/or Time Tracking • Strong understanding of Workday products and/or HCM, as well as specialist capability • Customer-facing consulting experience • Customer focus and ability to understand customer needs, build relationships, and escalate issues • Clear and effective communication skills, including in a remote working situation • Good commercial awareness and understanding of project and business dynamics • Ability to work within remote teams, alongside customers, and independently without supervision • Ability to plan workload and meet deadlines • Consulting skills such as presenting, participating in workshops, and explaining functionality or solutions • Ability to apply relevant standards and procedures while maintaining quality, accuracy, and attention to detail • Awareness of confidentiality and non-disclosure policies and/or agreements • Awareness of the Kainos story, wider business offering, and company strategy • Ability to improve tools and/or processes • Willingness to learn relevant subject matter, including international regulatory requirements • Ability to rotate through Workday Consulting and Application Management Services • For Application Management Services, ability to deliver work within defined Service Level Agreements • Willingness and ability to travel to customer sites in the same region, with minimal out-of-region travel possibly required • Professional qualifications in area of expertise (desirable) • Experience in post-deployment services (desirable)
