📋 Description

• Identify, prospect, and close new mid-market business opportunities through cold calling, outbound campaigns, referrals, and virtual or in-person events. • Maintain a robust sales pipeline through consistent outreach and follow-up across phone, email, video, and social channels. • Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations that align BrightOrder’s solutions with customer needs. • Manage and negotiate contract terms through to deal closure, collaborating with internal stakeholders as needed. • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business. • Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals and KPIs. • Stay informed about market trends, customer needs, and competitive developments. • Work closely with marketing, customer success, and product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record of exceeding quotas in B2B software or SaaS sales. • Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills. • Ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced sales environment. • Self-starter mentality with strong organizational and time-management skills. • Proficiency in CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools. • Comfortable with outbound prospecting and managing a full sales cycle. • Experience selling into transportation, logistics, or fleet industries is a plus. • Knowledge of fleet management or maintenance software solutions. • Established network within relevant verticals (e.g., logistics, field services). • Experience selling to operations, fleet managers, or IT decision-makers.
