📋 Description

• Focus on investments and support the appraisal and due diligence of new direct equity investment opportunities • Undertake scientific, commercial, financial and investment analysis, including modelling and detailed review of company performance and forecasts • Coordinate external advisers and work closely with internal Legal, Risk and Finance teams throughout the investment process • Support the execution of transactions and contribute to portfolio monitoring, reporting and wider team activity across the Direct Equity portfolio

🎯 Requirements

• A degree is essential for this role • Demonstrable knowledge of venture capital investing in Life Sciences • Commercial understanding of high-growth businesses • Excellent analytical capability, including financial analysis and modelling • Experience supporting investment transactions or working in venture-backed, start-up or growth environments would be advantageous
