📋 Description

• Manage the Revenues & Benefits ICT systems and Business Support team • Provide systems support to Revenues & Benefits teams • Proactively manage systems to ensure the smooth running of the department • Lead the Technical team responsible for systems administration and user access • Proactively manage and fully exploit NEC/BACS systems for maximum efficiency • Work with software suppliers to ensure high service levels and value for money from software contracts • Work with Revenues and Benefits Service management to support effective service delivery and continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• 5 years NEC (Northgate) system management experience • Experience of NEC (Northgate) as a back end user is essential • Experience managing Revenues & Benefits ICT systems • Experience with systems administration and user access • Experience with NEC and BACS systems • Ability to work proactively with software suppliers • Ability to work with Revenues and Benefits Service management teams • Commitment to equal opportunity and non-discrimination requirements
