📋 Description

• Lead one or more cross-functional teams to define and deliver product strategy • Build product vision and strategy aligned with Monzo’s goals and customer experience • Build platforms, capabilities and app structures that optimise in-app customer experience and engagement • Communicate product vision and context effectively • Collaborate with engineering, design, data, research, marketing and other teams • Define, deliver and measure the impact of customer-focused personalisation and discovery experiences • Lead initiatives for Monzo’s Core Banking team, supporting products used by 10 million customers and growth toward 20 million customers

🎯 Requirements

• Seasoned product manager • Experience leading high-performing teams to ship world-class products at a fast-growing company • Track record of leading consumer personalisation and discovery efforts, including recommendation systems • Data-driven and commercial approach • Experience collaborating with machine learning experts or data scientists to define key metrics, run experiments, and deliver business impact • Ability to systematically break down and solve complex problems • Good judgement and experience making decisions in complex situations • Ability to challenge the status quo and develop creative solutions • Ability to work effectively with engineering, design, data, user research, marketing, legal and compliance teams • Strong storytelling skills to motivate, energise and inspire people • Passion for building customer value and Monzo’s mission • Intellectual honesty and continuous improvement mindset • Fast learner, humble and curious • Experience mentoring other product managers and coaching others • Ability to provide clear and constructive feedback
