📋 Description

• Develop and grow business opportunities within the energy services market • Leverage relationships across ESCOs, EPCs, engineering firms, contractors, and ownership groups • Lead discovery conversations and early-stage opportunity development • Navigate multi-stakeholder projects and long-form sales cycles • Collaborate with Tri-Merit’s internal technical teams on project execution and delivery • Represent Tri-Merit throughout the energy and ESCO community

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience at an ESCO or energy services firm • Strong understanding of consultative, relationship-driven sales • Existing industry relationships within energy, engineering, construction, or public-sector markets • Self-motivated professional comfortable working with autonomy • Strong communication and business development skills
