📋 Description

• Provide administrative support for the program manager and project team members to ensure project deliverables are communicated, tracked, and completed on time • Provide on-site and virtual meeting support, including preparation of materials and physical attendance for client site meetings • Engage with state staff and educators and manage concerns and inquiries • Prepare expense vouchers, travel reimbursements, and invoices and submit them to CBO • Update ancillary documentation and customer support materials, including software user guides, administration manuals, and brochures • Organize and manage project artifacts such as meeting agendas, official meeting minutes, issues logs/tracking documents, and other tracking documents • Assist with and coordinate software user acceptance testing and software specification verifications • Track client feedback and internal functional-team responses and resolutions • Liaise with Help Desk agents to coordinate responses to routine and complex Help Desk cases • Assist with production and assembly of reports, presentations, proposals, and meeting materials

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 2 to 4 years of relevant experience • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Acute attention to detail and strong work ethic • Experience with MS Office applications and Google Suite • Ability to travel up to 20% per quarter
