📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical and product roles: sourcing, screening, managing interviews, and closing offers. • Build and maintain a steady pipeline of qualified candidates through creative sourcing and outbound strategies. • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, craft outreach strategies, and calibrate on talent quality. • Manage candidate experience end-to-end — ensuring every interaction reflects Canals’ culture of transparency, excellence, and ownership. • Use data to track pipeline health, conversion rates, and hiring velocity to continuously improve process. • Represent Canals authentically to the market, telling our story in a way that excites top technical talent.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, either in-house or at an agency, with a strong track record of delivering hires. • Exceptional sourcing ability — you know how to create smart searches, filter effectively, and identify great talent efficiently. • Strong communication and selling skills — you can engage, qualify, and close candidates in competitive markets. • Experience recruiting for technical roles (software engineering, machine learning, DevOps, product, design). • Comfortable managing multiple requisitions and building consistent pipeline momentum in a fast-moving environment. • Proactive, process-oriented, and collaborative — you take ownership, deliver results, and make the team better.
