📋 Description

‱ General track role for Commercial client-facing Sales and Alliances across all seniority levels ‱ Drive revenue generation from technology industry customers ‱ Represent Canonical and its open-source enterprise solutions across cloud, data center, and edge ‱ Build and execute territory plans, develop pipeline, close contracts to meet bookings targets ‱ Prospect new accounts, maintain and expand existing customer relationships ‱ Collaborate with field engineers and customer success on solutions and growth opportunities ‱ Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasts in Salesforce ‱ Travel regionally and internationally for client engagement and company events

🎯 Requirements

‱ Bachelor's level degree, preferably in engineering or computer science ‱ Experience of open source technology and solutions ‱ Detail oriented with effective follow-up ‱ Experience in enterprise software or technology sales planning and execution ‱ Track record of achievement in sales targets and new account wins ‱ Self-discipline and motivation to be successful in a distributed team ‱ Professional written and spoken English, as well as any language that may be appropriate for your target market ‱ Ability to travel for customer engagements, industry events and company events
