📋 Description
• Responsible for designing and delivering innovative solutions for leading global companies • Collaborate with Capgemini colleagues and clients to understand challenges and opportunities • Design future models to address and realize these challenges • Implement solutions in client businesses • Contribute to project delivery and alignment with commercial goals • Lead major workstreams or smaller projects • Develop and tailor supply chain planning propositions • Contribute to business development, internal contributions, and learning & development activities
🎯 Requirements
• Deep knowledge of supply chain planning processes • Demand forecasting and planning (sell in, sell out, sell through) • Demand elements of Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) or Integrated Business Planning (IBP) • Work experience in Consumer Products, Manufacturing, Retail, Automotive, or other product-based industry in a planning role or as a seasoned consultant • Consultancy experience in a major Consulting firm or internal consulting experience in the industry • A history of delivery in supply chain improvement and projects • Knowledge of technology applications in the supply chain • Experience in assessment, design, implementation, or operational use of planning systems (e.g. Blue Yonder, Kinaxis, SAP IBP, o9) • Proven ability to be successful in a matrixed organization • Experience of proposition building and delivery
