📋 Description

• Join the tech sector mega-projects. • Working as part of the Arcadis PMC (Project Management Consultancy) team in the Nordics on a new hyperscale data center • Assisting the Commercial Lead, MEP cost lead and CSA cost lead • Supporting the estimating process on 2 separate cost plans • Supporting the procurement of the following packages: Site development works, On-site sub-station, Site Logistics, Site Security, Shell & Core, Fit-Out • Post Contract support on the above packages: Change control, Valuations, Value Engineering • Support on the monthly cost reporting process

🎯 Requirements

• A degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field. • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential. • Strong numerical and analytical skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant quantity surveying software. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Willingness to learn and develop professionally
