• Minimum 10 years of technical recruiting experience, preferably with startups or high-growth tech firms. • Strong network within the engineering and technology community. • Proven track record of closing mid-to-senior level technical roles. • Ability to manage clients independently and deliver results under minimal supervision. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Driven by results — not by routine.
