📋 Description

• Maximise the value of Arden University's Salesforce platform across the University • Work primarily across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to understand business needs • Translate business requirements into effective Salesforce solutions • Deliver Salesforce configuration and enhancements • Improve processes and data quality • Support users and drive Salesforce adoption • Continuously evolve the platform to meet the University's changing needs

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of Salesforce administration within a business environment • Strong declarative configuration capabilities, including Flows, reports, dashboards, fields, layouts and automation • Experience supporting Salesforce users within a service or operational environment • Good understanding of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionality • Ability to understand business needs and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence supporting and guiding non-technical users • Experience working within Agile or service-delivery environments • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to system improvement and problem-solving • Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant or Service Cloud Consultant certification desirable • Knowledge of Salesforce Omni-Channel desirable • Experience delivering user training and creating clear system documentation desirable • Experience in a large, complex organisation or Higher Education environment desirable • Familiarity with Jira or similar work management tools desirable • Applicants must have the right to work in the UK; skilled worker visa sponsorship is unavailable for this role
