📋 Description

• Guide staff through ongoing organisational transformation • Lead the people side of change across Blue Ventures' portfolio • Drive adoption of new systems and processes • Oversee the organisation's project management approach • Foster trust across teams • Manage complex initiatives • Embed change management and continuous improvement as core organisational competencies • Report to the Global Digital Lead • Line-manage the Project Support Officer

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced change leader • Experience guiding staff through organisational transformation • Ability to lead the people side of organisational change • Ability to drive adoption of new systems and processes • Experience overseeing project management approaches • Ability to foster trust across teams • Experience managing complex initiatives • Ability to embed change management and continuous improvement as organisational competencies • Ability to work in a fully remote, global organisation
