📋 Description

• Lead strategic, cross-functional transformation initiatives across the operational environment • Work with Operational Leadership to simplify processes, improve performance and create scalable ways of working • Translate complex transformation objectives into project plans, milestones and measurable outcomes • Lead software implementation and operational technology initiatives • Manage project risks, dependencies, change controls, resources and financial information • Explore opportunities to introduce AI across the operational environment • Create communication and change plans for stakeholders and clients • Influence multiple teams and senior stakeholders to create alignment • Build relationships across internal and external teams to keep complex programmes moving • Ensure transformation is embedded and delivers its intended impact

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience delivering large, complex and multifaceted transformation programmes • Track record of delivering results through multiple teams and functions, including stakeholders not directly managed • Experience leading technology, SaaS or software implementation projects • Experience working on AI-led projects or transformation initiatives • Strong understanding of introducing and embedding AI within operational teams and processes • Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders, clients, Product, Engineering and Operational teams • Excellent project and programme management capability • Ability to manage multiple workstreams, risks and dependencies • Ability to move between strategy and execution while delivering detail • Proactive, tenacious and solutions-focused approach • Strong communication, relationship-building and influencing skills • Experience within an international or global organisation would be highly valuable • Project management certification such as PMP or PRINCE2 would be advantageous
