📋 Description

• Strengthen how Blue Ventures measures, understands and communicates impact • Ensure evidence informs organisational learning, decision-making and donor reporting • Support colleagues in using reliable data and appropriate indicators • Communicate findings clearly across the global organisation • Share tools and learning across teams • Track progress against the organisation’s Theory of Change • Align strategic goals with measurable outcomes • Oversee global performance frameworks, Organisational Key Results (OKRs), and indicator tracking systems • Provide high-level analytical support and drive consistency across regional teams • Ensure alignment between organisational and grant-specific requirements • Lead capacity-building efforts and facilitate knowledge exchange • Manage technical support across regional teams and partners • Support a culture of learning, collaboration and continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL) • Experience with grant reporting and donor alignment • Quantitative data analysis skills • Dashboard development and data visualisation skills • Ability to create guidance and learning resources • Ability to use reliable data and appropriate indicators • Ability to communicate findings clearly • Knowledge of Theory of Change, organisational key results (OKRs), and indicator tracking systems • Ability to support adaptive management, learning, and donor accountability • Ability to provide high-level analytical support across regional teams • Ability to lead capacity-building efforts and facilitate knowledge exchange • Ability to manage technical support across regional teams and partners • Ability to work collaboratively with central and regional teams, including Programme Performance, Development and Data Science • Availability to work full-time on a fixed-term maternity cover contract of up to 12 months
