📋 Description

• Oversee external vendors and take responsibility for work quality • Plan, manage, and oversee operational support of vendor relationships • Work with client relationship teams and vendors to ensure SLA, contract, and governance expectations are met • Manage day-to-day operational issues and escalated vendor requests • Recommend business process improvements related to technical and business needs • Represent operational needs within vendor governance processes • Coach and develop peers and vendor staff • Manage vendor performance and productivity • Oversee vendor contracts, compliance, renewals, and financial reimbursement with procurement • Ensure invoice accuracy, payment, purchase order compliance, and budget reporting • Assist in developing vendor strategy and lead creation or modification of the operating model • Escalate issues to leadership when necessary

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance/Accounting, Health Care Management, Economics or related field; 6 years of relevant work experience may substitute for a Bachelor's Degree • 5 years in Vendor Management, Vendor Operations, Financial Reporting OR Budget Management • Strong understanding of budget management • Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite • Ability to assess situations, identify issues, and provide recommendations • Ability to interact with and present to leaders • Experience thriving in a matrixed organization • Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to multitask and reprioritize • Process development and oversight • Willingness and flexibility to learn • Travel requirement of 0%–25%
