📋 Description

• Support and advise clinical staff in the operating room (OR), intensive care units (ICUs), and specialty departments • Actively support our Account Managers in meetings and projects • Train clinical users and support product evaluations/testing • Identify opportunities and cross-selling potential • Build long-term relationships with nursing staff, medical teams and procurement • Act as a sparring partner for customers and internal teams • Represent Medline at conferences and events • Work in a structured way, including CRM documentation and market monitoring

🎯 Requirements

• Completed nursing or medical training (ideally with OR experience) • Several years of experience in the operating room or comparable clinical settings • Enjoy sharing knowledge and persuading others • Structured and independent working style • Strong communication skills and professional appearance • Curiosity, willingness to learn and interest in sales • Very good German and good English skills • Driving licence and willingness to travel
