📋 Description

• Commission and optimise BMS projects and modifications at customer locations • Produce service reports, site surveys and commissioning documentation • Carry out planned preventative maintenance on BMS systems from time to time with support of the service team engineers • Perform fault finding and complex system diagnostics on Honeywell BMS systems • Build strong customer relationships and deliver excellent service • Travel Scotland-wide from time to time, predominantly across Central Belt Scotland

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience servicing and commissioning BMS systems • Knowledge of BMS platforms • Ideally, Tridium/Niagara experience • Knowledge of BACnet, Modbus, LON or similar protocols • Experience integrating multiple systems with each other and with a common head end • Strong fault-finding skills • Good understanding of HVAC controls • Electrically competent • Ability to modify existing control strategies
