📋 Description

• Work with regional sales teams to convert prospects to customers • Prepare and deliver bespoke technical product demonstrations at client meetings, webinars, and customer events • Deliver product messaging through whiteboard and slide presentations • Manage proofs of concept and RFP response documents • Respond to functional and technical customer questions and requirements • Perform complex workflow analysis and examine interactions between Freshworks and customer infrastructure • Collect, assess, and convey customer requirements to central product management • Advocate for the Freshworks brand and promote product solutions and services to prospects, customers, and partners • Collaborate with sales, product management, and client services to execute sales strategy • Train sales teams on Freshworks products, technical aspects, and new features

🎯 Requirements

• Native-level written and oral communication skills in Dutch • Any additional European languages are an advantage • 5+ years of relevant experience in technical solution engineering • Experience in ITIL/ITSM, SaaS, or software product environments • Experience with cloud-based infrastructure • Excellent senior customer stakeholder and internal communication skills • Experience with complex sales cycles in Mid-Market and Enterprise segments • Excellent communication and listening skills • High-level presentation and demonstration skills • Customer- and solution-oriented personality • Highly driven, execution-focused, and urgent mindset • Enjoys working in a high-energy team environment
