📋 Description

• Develop a deep understanding of the customer’s business and identify opportunities to add value. • Open up new markets and acquire customers, particularly with decision-makers. • Qualify and develop sales opportunities, lead negotiations, and close deals. • Represent Honeywell to customers in a professional, proactive, and ethical manner. • Apply proven sales strategies and make effective use of the CRM system for forecasting and planning.

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in business or engineering, ideally with a technical background. • Proven track record of acquiring new customers and building executive-level business relationships. • Solid understanding of building automation (Building Automation) and building management systems (BMS), and of specific customer requirements. • Successful experience working in a matrix-organized environment with strong communication and negotiation skills. • Fluency in German and English and willingness to travel regularly on business.
