📋 Description

• Quality-check ocean freight contracts, rates and surcharges populated by partners and AI against source rate sheets and tariffs. • Process a steady queue of contracts, follow QA steps and record checks. • Learn ocean rates and surcharges to identify inconsistencies. • Catch and correct errors before they reach customers. • Communicate with vendor partners when corrections are needed and close the loop to prevent recurrence. • Identify recurring error patterns and help improve QA checks, guides and documentation. • Use AI tools to improve the QA process and ideally help build them. • Maintain structured, high-quality master data across the ocean content set.

🎯 Requirements

• Exceptional attention to detail. • The focus to work through detailed information without losing accuracy. • Fluent written and spoken English. • Ability to work independently and own cases once up to speed. • Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills. • Genuine love of working with structured data. • Comfort working in high-volume, structured workflows where accuracy really matters. • Hands-on experience using AI tools to get work done; experience building something with them is an advantage. • Experience in ocean or air freight, logistics or shipping is a bonus.
