📋 Description
• Cost planning & budgeting: Creation and maintenance of cost and budget plans • Project cost controlling: Conducting planned-vs-actual comparisons and analyzing variances • Reporting & decision support: Preparation of cost control reports and financial updates • Interfaces & commercial project support: Close collaboration with project management, engineering, procurement/tendering and finance/controlling
🎯 Requirements
• Degree in engineering, construction management or a comparable field • Experience in the commercial management of construction, infrastructure or large-scale projects (cost planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting) • Strong analytical understanding of costs, risks and project profitability • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel (and PowerPoint); ideally also MS Project/SharePoint • Experience with SAP • Advantageous: experience with AVA software, e.g., RIB iTWO • Business-fluent German and English (minimum C1)
