📋 Description

• Complete warranty and chargeable repairs/breakdowns and service activities • Complete warranty, chargeable repairs/breakdowns and service visits in postcode areas SL, GU, KT, TW, CR • Diagnose technical issues and coordinate effective solutions for timely resolution • Coordinate problem resolution, customer service and other personnel to expedite repairs • Maintain records of performance reports • Deliver best-in-class customer service on-site in residential properties • Start and finish the working day from home while travelling to customer sites across the assigned geographical area • Work autonomously using technical expertise to diagnose issues and resolve problems

🎯 Requirements

• ACS qualified gas engineer (CCN1 and CENWAT mandatory) • Demonstrable technical experience gained within the HVAC, heating, or related industry • High attention to detail • Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills • Confident and adaptable work style • Excellent communication skills • Ability to work closely with and develop relationships with clients • Valid UK driving licence • Heat Pump experience and F-Gas certification desirable
