📋 Description

• Commission and optimise Building Management Systems (BMS) across customer sites • Program and modify BMS software, control strategies and graphical user interfaces • Diagnose and resolve complex BMS software, hardware and communication issues • Support functional testing, system validation and commissioning activities • Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams throughout the project lifecycle • Support less experienced engineers by sharing technical knowledge and best practice • Collaborate with Project Managers, Commissioning Engineers, Service Engineers and customers • Produce and maintain technical documentation • Identify technical risks and recommend effective solutions • Ensure work meets project requirements, company standards and customer expectations

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in Building Management Systems (BMS), Building Automation or HVAC Controls • Strong experience commissioning, troubleshooting and supporting BMS installations • Experience programming BMS control strategies and graphical user interfaces • Experience with Automated Logic (ALC) preferred • Experience with Trend, Tridium Niagara, Siemens, Schneider Electric, Honeywell or Johnson Controls will also be considered • Strong understanding of BMS hardware, controllers and field devices • Good knowledge of BACnet, Modbus, SNMP, LON and N2 communication protocols • Ability to interpret engineering drawings, control schematics and technical documentation • Excellent problem-solving skills • Ability to support multiple projects simultaneously • Full UK driving licence • Flexibility to travel throughout the UK and internationally, primarily within Europe, as business needs require
