📋 Description

• Manage the post-order process and provide technical support to Data Centre Sales and Project Management teams • Act as the primary post-sale point of contact for customers • Process orders accurately and coordinate with Carrier factories and third-party suppliers • Communicate proactively with customers throughout the delivery lifecycle • Support the UK&I Data Centre business unit’s commercial performance • Manage the order-to-delivery lifecycle and support cash collection • Provide accurate and timely sales/invoicing forecasts • Coordinate manufacturing, logistics, and commissioning activities • Support customer enquiries and tender bids • Engage clients, consultants, and designers to produce detailed and accurate selections • Manage review and approval of Technical Submittals with the Project Management team • Support seamless execution from order intake through final delivery • Interface operationally with Sales, Finance, Logistics, Factories, and Carrier Climate Solutions Europe Customer Care leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in a technical sales or project delivery role with strong technical knowledge, primarily involved in HVAC, building services or similar industry • Demonstrated experience supporting multi-disciplinary teams, including customer care, sales, project delivery, or operational support functions • Strong understanding of tender enquiries, product selections, technical submittals and post-order handover process • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence cross-functionally in a matrix organisation • Excellent communication skills, including handling escalations, complex customer situations, and senior internal stakeholders • Strong organisational, prioritisation, and decision-making skills • UK driving licence • Some travel supporting the sales team will be required
