📋 Description

• Lead customers and prospective customers through exploration and evaluation of Caseware solutions • Serve as a trusted advisor to accounting firms and organizations navigating technology modernization • Guide customers through software evaluations and explain how emerging technologies, including AI and automation, can improve efficiency and quality • Liaise with account management, training, professional services, support, and product teams • Contribute ideas toward a global solutions consulting process • Partner with Account Managers to help prospects and customers evaluate and plan Caseware implementations • Lead presentations, trials, and pilots, coordinating with technical or product subject-matter experts • Create and maintain value- and benefit-driven product demo strategies and assets • Assist with customer migration strategies from existing accounting and audit platforms to Caseware cloud solutions • Translate customer feedback into actionable insights for Product teams • Coordinate resolution of customer issues involving access, licenses, accounts, and escalated support • Maintain product knowledge bases, evaluation toolkits, and supporting resources • Design and implement scalable processes and systems and assist with internal improvement plans • Attend conferences and events, maintain customer relationships, and stay current with industry standards and trends • Participate in speaking engagements and thought-leadership events or publications as comfortable

🎯 Requirements

• At least 4 years’ experience preparing financial statements or performing External Audit or Assurance engagements, or at least 4 years’ experience in a customer-facing role in a SaaS company serving the Accounting Profession • Understanding of, or strong interest in, AI-powered accounting solutions and ability to discuss AI applications in accounting, audit, and advisory workflows • Excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills • Ability to understand and interpret stakeholder needs • Strong organizational skills and experience tracking and managing multiple deliverables and tasks • Resourceful self-starter with initiative and problem-solving skills • Sound understanding of technology within the audit and accountancy sector, or enthusiasm to learn • Must reside in and be eligible to work in the UK • Nice to have: direct CaseWare experience, Chartered Accountant or equivalent certification, technology adoption/training/methodology experience, sales methodology expertise, project/product/program management experience, practical AI tools experience, accounting and financial-process expertise, CRM experience, Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce experience, process documentation and improvement experience • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field (nice to have)
