• Grow Catalent’s Consumer Healthcare business in the assigned region within the United States and Canada • Develop and execute account plans for strategic management of existing accounts and growth in the nutritional dietary supplement industry • Manage customer relationships, including pricing, contract extensions/amendments, forecasting, business reviews, and customer service issues • Set account objectives and plans aligned with Catalent’s Standards of Business Conduct • Drive activities meeting or exceeding financial targets • Collaborate with Customer Service, Commercial Operations, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Project Management teams • Identify and engage in cross-selling opportunities • Plan and participate in internal business review meetings • Build the sales funnel through prospecting, outreach, relationship building, and lead qualification in Salesforce • Manage opportunities from prospecting through negotiation and closing, including pricing strategies, customer credit, confidentiality agreements, and handoffs • Conduct capabilities reviews, site visits, business updates, and innovation discussions with customers • Develop and deliver customer-facing presentations and respond to customer inquiries and opportunities • Gather and analyze competitive intelligence and inform Catalent’s competitive positioning • Complete training, opportunity tracking, expense reports, time-off management, and policy compliance • Set goals, track progress, and pursue career development • Travel 25–50% to Catalent sites, customer sites, tradeshows, and industry events
• A BS/BA degree is required • Minimum 3 years in a business development role • Relevant experience in the outsourcing market (CMO, CRO, CSO), preferably in the nutritional dietary supplement space • Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills required • Proven ability to organize and plan work, manage travel, and balance multiple priorities effectively required • Ability to work effectively as a member of cross-functional teams required • Strong computer skills required, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Experience using Salesforce or similar customer relationship management tools preferred • Must be willing and able to travel up to 50% • A passport is required • Must work from home; not eligible for relocation assistance
