📋 Description

• Develop collaborative, lasting relationships with private equity clients and portfolio company management teams • Receive hands-on support from firm leadership and exposure to a wide variety of clients, industries, and engagement types • Gain experience across multiple areas of accounting and finance, building both technical and operational expertise • Work in an environment that values flexibility, accountability, and consistent high-quality execution • Execute on accounting and finance workstreams within a structured engagement model • Serve as a primary day-to-day contact for client stakeholders within your assigned scope • Support engagement leadership in planning, coordination, and delivery of key outputs • Contribute to client discussions and presentations, including status updates • Identify risks, challenges, or delays within assigned workstreams and proactively communicate to engagement leadership with appropriate context

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required • 5 years of experience in related field • 3 years of supervisory experience • Must have and preserve required licenses • Ability to manage all aspects of client engagements • Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally • Proficient use of applicable technology • Must be able to travel based on client and business needs
