📋 Description

• Process incoming and outgoing client payments for multiple legal entities within the group • Perform daily reconciliations and maintain accurate balance records in internal dashboards for banks and PSPs across multiple group entities • Investigate discrepancies and resolve operational issues with banks and payment providers • Monitor account balances and manage liquidity transfers • Work with transaction data, reports, and statements in Google Sheets • Collaborate with the Compliance team on bank-related requests • Assist the accounting team with bank statement reconciliation • Communicate with account managers and banking partners • Handle card transaction processing and reconciliation, including statements, reports, and invoices

🎯 Requirements

• Education in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field • Experience with international payment systems: SEPA, FPS, Fedwire, SWIFT • Understanding of card payment flows and transaction processing • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Good working knowledge of Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and basic lookup functions • High attention to detail and ability to work independently • Business communication experience with banks and partners • English level: upper-intermediate (or solid intermediate, depending on other strengths)
