📋 Description

• Deliver engaging, end-to-end Microsoft 365 and Power Platform training tailored to audience needs • Deliver training on Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Chat, Agent Builder, Power Apps, Power Automate and Copilot Studio • Incorporate Modern Work applications including Teams, Loop and SharePoint into training • Deliver virtual training adapted to different audiences, confidence levels and learning needs • Create interactive sessions that encourage questions, participation and practical application • Create and maintain training materials, presentations, guides and learning resources • Develop content covering Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Copilot, AI, Agents, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Apps and Power Automate • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor training for customers, including governance and responsible AI • Continuously improve training content and the learning experience • Keep Microsoft product knowledge current and explain new features and functionality • Use practical, relatable examples to demonstrate AI-enabled working and low-code automation • Support users after training, answer questions and help overcome challenges • Gather participant feedback to improve future sessions • Support change and adoption activity for Microsoft 365, Copilot and Power Platform rollouts • Explain best practices relating to responsible AI, governance and data security

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience delivering Microsoft 365 training in a client-facing environment • Confidence delivering training across Power Platform, particularly Power Apps and Power Automate • Experience running interactive workshops or hackathon-style sessions • Confident communication and presentation skills, both virtually and in person • Ability to simplify complex or technical concepts and make them engaging and relevant • Comfortable working with different stakeholders, organisations and audiences • Ability to adapt quickly and work in a fast-moving environment • Genuine enjoyment of helping people learn and build confidence with technology • Desirable: experience delivering Copilot or AI-focused training • Desirable: experience working within a Microsoft Partner or consultancy environment • Desirable: experience supporting adoption or change-led transformation programmes
