📋 Description

• Play a critical role in optimizing and managing the end-to-end talent acquisition and onboarding processes within the Workday platform • Serve as the functional and technical lead for Workday Recruiting and Onboarding for ships, ensuring integration with other HR systems • Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, IT, and other stakeholders to deliver a best-in-class candidate and new hire experience • Lead cross-functional projects related to recruiting and onboarding technology initiatives • Provide guidance and training to HR and Talent Acquisition teams on system functionality and best practices • Develop and maintain documentation for system processes, configurations, and user guides • Create and maintain dashboards and reports to support recruiting metrics, KPIs, and compliance tracking • Ensure recruiting and onboarding processes comply with internal policies and external regulations • Support audits and data requests related to hiring and onboarding activities • Analyze business processes and resolve issues and concerns

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field • 5+ years of proven experience configuring and managing Workday Recruiting and Onboarding • Strong configuration knowledge of Workday Core HCM, Security and Reporting • Experience in providing strategic consulting and working with senior HR leadership • Proven track record of successfully leading HRIS projects, including system implementations, upgrades, and integrations • Prior HRIS experience for a publicly traded organization with a large workforce preferred • Workday Pro Certification desired • Project management certification a plus
