📋 Description

• Lead planning, writing, editing, and execution of internal communications aligned with organizational goals • Audit and review communications for strategic projects and regions to improve employee engagement and reach • Advise leadership teams and project owners on internal communication needs • Research and implement communication best practices • Balance strategic planning with tactical execution • Share communication best practices and facilitate knowledge sharing across regions • Support the internal communications team in improving communication practices • Partner with stakeholders to align communications with business objectives • Develop and implement engaging, relevant, and timely communications for Brambles’ global Technology Services function • Develop and implement internal communication plans, including planning, execution, monitoring, budgeting, and approvals • Create announcements, articles, videos, posters, presentations, and other business communications • Own Brambles’ email management system, currently Poppulo, and advise on other channels • Build stakeholder networks and identify communications opportunities • Work with regional communications teams to tailor global communications • Influence stakeholders to drive business excellence, transformation, and positive change • Improve communication and employee engagement within allocated functions and across the organization • Implement innovative communications best practices • Identify and share metrics measuring communication program effectiveness • Provide subject matter expertise for external or crisis communications issues

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in internal communications, business communications, content development, employee engagement, storytelling, and communication management • Adaptability and experimentation • Project delivery skills • Ability to provide strategic communications counsel to leadership teams and project owners • Ability to plan, execute, monitor, budget, and manage approvals for internal communication plans • Ability to create audience-appropriate announcements, articles, videos, posters, presentations, and other business communications • Experience or ability to manage email systems such as Poppulo • Ability to work with regional communications teams and global stakeholders • Ability to identify and use metrics to measure communication program effectiveness • Subject matter expertise in external or crisis communications • Teamwork, empathy, ownership, and customer understanding
