📋 Description

• Develops and validates business cases, artifacts and data supporting investment health, performance and departmental reviews. • Analyzes spend plan and contract data to correctly align investment projects. • Ensure EVM approaches align with traditional and agile development models. • Drafts AAR Cover Memos and completes AAR shells in AgMAX 2.0.

🎯 Requirements

• Completed Bachelor’s degree in related field • 2+ years of CPIC experience with federal programs. USDA experience preferred. • Ability to communicate with all levels of IT and Business (SME to senior-level) • Experience developing corrective action plans • Knowledge of Earned Value Management (project performance measurement, forecasting, and variance analysis). • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including business and technical writing skills.
