📋 Description

• Lead a team of recruiters across one or more client accounts • Deliver high-quality client services and exceed client expectations • Set team performance standards and goals • Assess progress and address performance gaps • Coach and provide feedback to direct reports • Conduct one-to-one meetings and team meetings • Complete performance management processes • Build relationships with key client stakeholders • Partner with internal Cielo teams and client leaders on new client implementation • Develop recruiting metrics and analytics, including time to fill, aging, cost per hire, satisfaction, recruiter productivity, and candidate sources • Work with recruiters and hiring leaders to build relationships and trust • Manage programs, events, and campaigns to build candidate pipelines • Develop strategic hiring strategies, including passive candidate outreach and recruitment marketing plans • Participate in client meetings and share updates and data • Address service delivery gaps with remediation plans • Support client recruitment process needs • Leverage shared delivery resources and Cielo resources effectively • Manage Cielo-specific metric reports and P&L • Drive process standardization, continuous improvement, and consistency • Share best practices and support organizational initiatives • Provide guidance, conduct performance reviews, and support recruiters' professional growth • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Prior experience in a results-oriented talent acquisition or human resources role • Experience coaching peers or managing a team • Knowledge of recruitment technologies, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Bachelor's degree in business, management, human resources, or a related field preferred
