📋 Description

• Has responsibility for developing a productive agency plant/territory • Develops marketing plan for assigned territory • Prospects, appoints, and manages agency relationships • Reviews and analyzes agents' production and results • Markets and provides strategic training on company products for existing and prospective agencies • Gathers, analyzes, and maintains competitive information • Monitors aggregate quality, and pricing for book of business in assigned territory • Uses independent judgment and initiative to achieve business goals • Binds risks in field and performs risk appraisals

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field • Generally, at least 6 months of crop insurance, sales, business development or related experience preferred • Position requires frequent day and overnight travel • Experience working with a CRM program
