📋 Description

• Developing new revenue by engaging with Enterprise level Transportation prospects • Achieving the assigned annual quota by driving new background screening revenue • Utilizing extensive prospecting techniques to build and establish a self-generated pipeline • Ascertaining NEW client relationships exclusively • Presenting, negotiating and following all new sales through contract execution and implementation • Maintaining accurate records and client contact information within Salesforce.com • Promoting a professional company image through prompt, thorough and courteous prospect interactions

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS Degree Required • Experienced with sales cycles longer than 6 months in length required • Proven over-target attainment against established quotas in prior positions • Strong ability to build and leverage internal partnerships • Consultative solution selling experience • Strong negotiation skills • Strong motivational and presentation skills • Strong communications skills.
