📋 Description

• Grow the client base across the US • Drive tender processes with the Operations team • Develop a deep understanding of local government challenges and build trust as a partner • Own the full sales cycle for local governments, from self-sourcing through demo to close • Source leads through outbound outreach, referrals, and public sector events • Work closely with the NorthAm Sales and Government Success teams to grow the market • Feed market insights to the global Marketing and Product teams

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience or affinity with the public sector; sales experience is a plus • Hunter's mindset; hungry to sell and self-motivated • Consultative approach; structured and organized, comfortable with longer sales cycles • Strong communicator who builds trust quickly • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven team • Based in the US, Eastern or Central time zone
