📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end design of scalable, maintainable Salesforce solutions that align with enterprise architecture and business goals. • Translate complex requirements into best-practice solutions while continuously evaluating the broader tech stack. • Enforce design, build, and security standards across the development team to ensure performance and compliance. • Oversee the development, integration, and deployment of Salesforce applications from planning to delivery. • Evaluate tool suitability, recommending complementary or alternative technologies (like ETL tools, databases, and AI solutions) where they offer better outcomes. • Partner with other architects to design robust integrations between Salesforce and external systems like ERPs and data warehouses. • Define data models, migration strategies, and quality standards while ensuring compliance with privacy regulations. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to define technical roadmaps and clearly explain architectural options to non-technical audiences.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience designing and implementing Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and familiarity with DocuSign and Own by Salesforce advantageous. • Strong knowledge of Salesforce Technical Architecture, security model, governor limits, and performance optimization. • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce APIs. • Experience with integration technologies (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, ETL tools). Hands-on experience with data migration tooling outside of Salesforce native tools, such as Python or dbt for transformation, AWS Glue or DMS for pipeline orchestration, and familiarity with event-driven architectures using tools such as Kafka. • Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and source control (e.g., Git, Copado, Gearset). • Solid understanding of data modelling, master data management, and enterprise integration patterns.
