📋 Description

• Execute and continuously optimize revenue processes across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams • Manage and optimize our revenue technology ecosystem including Salesforce, HubSpot, and integrated platforms • Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to drive alignment and optimize performance • Support revenue forecasting process and provide accurate, data-backed insights to executive team • Manage commission calculations and compensation plan administration for revenue teams • Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities across the revenue organization

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or similar analytical roles • Advanced proficiency in Salesforce administration and reporting • Strong experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or related analytical field
