β€’ Manage the full sales cycle, from initial discovery to closing new deals. β€’ Be accountable for revenue growth and new client acquisition. β€’ Conduct discovery calls, deliver product demos, and lead negotiations. β€’ Meticulously manage your pipeline and log all activity in Salesforce. β€’ Collaborate closely with SDRs, Customer Success, and Marketing to ensure a seamless customer journey.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Has 2+ years of sales experience, ideally in a high-volume B2B environment. β€’ Has a proven track record of consistently achieving 80–120% of their targets. β€’ Is a high-energy, confident, and coachable individual with low ego and high accountability. β€’ Is open to learning quickly, willing to fail fast, and work hard. β€’ Possesses strong skills in discovery, negotiation, closing, and pipeline management. β€’ Is proficient with CRM tools like Salesforce and other outreach/reporting tools. β€’ Has an interest in technology and an understanding of SaaS, fintech, or procurement (preferred but not essential).
