📋 Description

• Implement Clinisys software and associated applications into laboratories and other client environments • Configure Clinisys software consultatively to enhance laboratory workflows • Lead analyser interfacing with customers • Contribute to functional development of Clinisys products • Monitor laboratory regulations, working practices, products, and technologies • Initiate and implement quality improvement measures and projects • Map, configure, troubleshoot, and connect analysers to middleware and Winpath LIMS • Assist Project Managers with implementation, time management, resource planning, and customer representatives • Use AI-enabled tools for task planning, time management, status reporting, customer workshops, and summaries • Apply responsible AI usage in line with governance, data protection, and quality standards • Meet established project utilization targets • Understand customer requirements in Project Initiation Documents • Recommend software changes and enhancements based on customer feedback • Deliver training to key users • Attend team meetings and training courses • Support team members and build the knowledge base

🎯 Requirements

• BMS 2 or above status in the UK Healthcare sector • Equivalent standing or experience in life sciences and public health sectors • Ability to travel throughout the UK and, where appropriate, abroad • Driving Licence • Working knowledge of Artificial Intelligence technologies and core AI concepts • Demonstrable ability to use AI tools in a professional setting • Strong motivational skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work with technical and non-technical clients and staff at all organisational levels • High levels of commitment and ability to take action when necessary • Ability and willingness to work independently • Customer service skills • Ability to create and deliver executive-level summary reports and presentations • IT training • Experience with HL7, integration products such as Rhapsody, XML, or JavaScript would be useful • Bachelor's degree • Experience within an IT or software provider organisation or implementation • Moderate experience in a project management environment is desirable • Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be substituted
