📋 Description

• Understand job requirements and hiring needs from internal teams or clients • Source candidates using job portals, social media, referrals, and networking • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess fit • Coordinate interviews and follow up with hiring managers • Maintain and update candidate databases and talent pipelines • Ensure a positive and smooth recruitment process for all candidates • Meet defined hiring targets and timelines

🎯 Requirements
